Projects in Jerusalem

The Rahamim family immigrated to the Holy Land at the beginning of the 1930s and settled in the Holy city of Jerusalem. With his arrival, the late Yaakov Rahamim, the father of Avi Rahamim, may he live a long life,  engaged in building and settling the land, out of Zionism and love of the Land of Israel. The family lived in the long-established Nachlaot neighborhood.

As the continuing generation of a Jerusalem family, Avi considers it a mission and a blessed act to undertake deep-rooted real-estate activity in the capital city. As part of its activities in Jerusalem, the company has carried out several projects in the city’s neighborhoods, among them: the Holyland project; a demolition and reconstruction project on Carmel street in the Nachlaot neighborhood; and on 37 KKL street a demolition and reconstruction project of a building for preservation, with a total of 15 apartments.

We are currently in the process of developing additional urban renewal projects in Jerusalem.

KKL 37, Jerusalem

In the Shaarei Hesed neighborhood, on the border of the Rehavia neighborhood, we built one of the impressive buildings in Jerusalem - an authentic 8-story building for preservation. The residential complex is meticulously designed and in the best location in Jerusalem.

This is a rare project near the Hanasi synagogue and Hagra synagogue, within walking distance of the city center, Mahane Yehuda market and the Old City, and at the foot of the Knesset, the Supreme Court and Saker Park.

"This is one of the impressive and rare urban renewal projects built in Jerusalem in recent years”
